I know with school, work and just from the chaos of life, it seems impossible to take the time to meditate but you should find the time! I think the effectiveness of meditation should not be determined by the length of time, but instead of what you do with the time.
I love how Tony Robbins says, “If you don’t have 10 minutes for yourself, you don’t have a life!”. I agree with his statement. We are never too busy to take the time to do something for ourselves – even if it’s just 10 minutes.
